Notice of delisting from Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE)

We would like to inform you that the shares of FUJITSU Business Systems Ltd. (FJB) have been delisted from TSE. on July 28 ,2009.

FJB had been listed on the Second Section of TSE in February 1987 and transferred to the First Section in 1999.

In accordance with the agreement between Fujitsu and FJB made on May 21,2009 to convert FJB into a wholly owned subsidiary of Fujitsu through an exchange of share as of August 1, 2009, FJB has been delisted from TSE.
